Descrizione
Candidate will locate, negotiate and secure the purchase of key components for the development and production of products and the provision of manufacturing services.

Candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a network of key suppliers
- Supplier benchmarking and price negotiation to obtain lowest cost
- Work with suppliers to ensure lead times are respected and MRP is accurate
- Manage and measure supplier performance
- Establish and negotiate contractual agreements to protect and benefit client
- Work proactively with other areas of the business to improve component selection in design and manufacture
- Work proactively to ensure BOM accuracy and relevance

Profilo ricercato
The ideal candidate has got:
- Experience in electronic component selection and purchase
- Knowledge of/established network of contacts in the electronics sector
- MRP II Principles and ERP • Proven track record in lead time/cost reduction
- Experience with contract negotiation

Main skills required:
- Excellent interpersonal skills & negotiation techniques
- Italian/English languages
- Flexible to travel
- Self motivated, proactive & confident
- Ability to work as part of a global team
- Ethical - high personal and professional standards
- IT literate

Profile are completed by:
- Degree (or equivalent) educated
- International company experience
- Living locally
