The complexity of globalisation emphasises the relevance for Multinational Companies (MNCs) for coordinating logistics flows within Global Supply Chains (GSCs). The aim of this paper is to analyse GSC planning configuration, describing the drivers determining the adoption of different degrees of planning centralisation.
