This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing initiatives across the IT category. Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and vendor management
• Lead multiple simultaneous strategic sourcing initiatives, following a standard strategic sourcing methodology
• Identify key business partners and lead cross functional teams to develop strategies
• Provide rigorous analysis of spend data and industry dynamics to prioritize and launch sourcing initiatives
• Gather stakeholder and subject-matter insights/business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet business needs
• Identify process opportunities to increase efficiencies
• Manage the planning and launch of RFIs and RFPs
• Lead supplier negotiations
• Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis / requirements for informed supplier decisions
• Contribute to implementation planning and change management initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors required in Business, or Supply Chain, MBA preferred
• 6 years of sourcing experience
• IT Category knowledge with focus on services and software
• Experience leading renewal and contract negotiations
