Description
As our Sr. Global Sourcing Analyst, you’ll create and implement seasonal sourcing plans for assigned categories or products. You’ll utilize current industry trends and consumer needs to develop a long range sourcing strategy. You’ll represent Sourcing in cross functional line planning to ensure needs and capabilities are built into the timelines and process. You’ll offer manufacturing alternatives to resolve design, development, or pricing challenges. You’ll collaborate with Development and Manufacturing teams to determine the most appropriate manufacturing source to meet quality and pricing needs. You’ll analyze manufacturing capabilities to anticipate and avoid issues. You’ll develop the costing/pricing process in conjunction with the Development team to meet best price and margin targets.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 5+ years' work experience in a supply chain related environment, with Product Sourcing, Forecasting, Supply planning and Purchase planning
• 2 years' additional relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Excellent analytical, statistical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with thorough organizational skills and a excellent sense of self-motivation
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to resolve conflict
• Mid to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Database query tools (Tableau, Access, Cognos, PMD)
• Familiarity with Nike Planning and Sourcing Database systems, tools and reports
• Knowledge of Category Game Plan timelines, Product and Commercialization processes are helpful
• Project ownership or Nike product experience is also preferred
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, including possible overseas travel
