As our Inventory Management Ops Manager, you'll provide guidance, direction and vision for inventory. You'll oversee inventory management activities that ensure the accuracy and control of inventory transactions and balances. You'll also develop, implement and validate policies, procedures, controls and systems that prevent, detect and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances while maintaining appropriate segregation of duties. You'll care for inventory verification programs that comply with company policies and provide ongoing measurements on inventory accuracy by area. You'll strengthen a structured problem-solving approach that results in the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and establish goals, examine root cause analysis of inventory errors, identify the most critical process failures contributing to inventory errors, facilitate the development and implementation of process improvements and evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken. You'll have input in the development of forecasts and budgets and support inventory information needs of internal customers throughout the organization. In addition, you'll be responsible for developing the Inventory Management Ops team including the development, implementation and monitoring of an internal quality process. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• 5 years' management experience
• 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree  
• M.B.A. or CPIM certification is highly desirable
• Demonstrated strength with critical thinking
• Demonstrated record of developing technical and analytical skills within a staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to the audience
• Effective cross-functional project management
Ability to manage and prioritize workload and staff across on and off site facilities
