Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

Operations: (70%)
•  Familiar with DC operation process (Inbound & Outbound & Inventory), establish and maintain DC related operation SOP from both Nike logistics operation and 3PL perspective.
•  Work with 3PL lean and solution team to optimize return warehouse process including layout, flow to achieve return productivity gain.
•  Work with 3PL to support business team and operation manager to build and elevate the return warehouse services and capabilities to fulfill all business channels requests.
•  Operation related return tracking reporting maintain with rational analysis to support business needs.
•  Work with operation manager and 3PL to support business consumer moments (eg:618 & D11, etc.) event, set up the relevant process and monitor the inventory deployment, inspection, digital shipment planning, DC capacity, labor & MHE resource planning and training.

3PL Performance management: (15%)
•  Support 3PL performance team to set up and review KPI for 2 return warehouses, manage 2 DCs daily performance to ensure 3PL monthly KPI achieved.
•  Support GP team to verify 3PL monthly return operation billings (Ad hoc pass-through etc.) and monitor actual operation cost.
•  Organize and participated regular meetings with 3PL and Nike logistics relevant functions to review DC overall performance and follow up actions for key projects from operation perspective (standardize operation flow, deliverables, KPI performance, facility and EHS).
•  Keep good working relationships with external partners, on-site monitor DC operation process if needed.

Site management(15%)
•  Warehouse fixed assets list maintain and annual on-site counting;
•  Support annual GRC and SSAE audit requirements, perform on site audit with 3PL and track the status of construction and related documents;
•  Support the site tour and flow introduction for internal & external visitors to return warehouse.
•  Support monthly EHS management requirements, monitor on site management with 3PL and track the status of related documents.
  • Have DC operation experience, and understand key distribution center operational functions.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Excel software with strong knowledge of analysis tools skill.
