Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of cargo strapping and securing systems located in the Racine area. Our client envisions a supply chain function that is nimble and proactive in implementing high-level strategies. If you are the type of professional who likes a challenge, this could be for you!

Job Description

  • Manage the proper movement of incoming raw materials and outgoing of finished product to ensure OTD to the customer
  • Source the best freight service providers according to quality of service and cost
  • Sourcing packaging and shipping materials providers and negotiate pricing and service agreements
  • Develop and implement KPI and tracking techniques; develop metric goals and implement optimization procedures to ensure improvement in processes
  • Oversite of transportation routes for all modes of transportation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience managing freight coordination, warehouse operations, and materials movement for manufacturing.
  • Experience sourcing freight service providers and negotiating contracts.

What's on Offer

Target Compensation for Inventory and Warehouse Manager is $65K-$80K + bonus
